SMC: Sport Related Concussion: 9/29/2025

Course Description:  The Sports Medicine Conference provides in-depth evidence-based study of sports medicine problems. The various topics cover knowledge regarding diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of sport medicine injuries.

1. Explain the pathophysiology and epidemiology of concussion

2. Recognize and evaluate the assessments and treatments associated with concussion

3. Identify current practices for returning an athlete to the classroom and to athletic activity
