With Florida's enactment of SB 1768, physicians now have a defined pathway to offer select non-FDA-approved biologic therapies for orthopedic conditions, including agents long established outside the United States. This lecture reviews the global clinical evidence for these therapies across the knee, shoulder, Achilles, spine, elbow, plantar fascia, and intra-articular applications, including emerging GOLDIC data and forthcoming cervical spine work. It closes with the question that matters most at the point of care: in the athletic population, which orthobiologics can we actually rely on for common shoulder, elbow, and knee injuries, and where does the "holy grail" still elude us?
