Why is the presentation blurry on my screen?

Depending on your device and due to Zoom settings, your screen may appear blurry if the presentation is maximized. In this instance, reduce the size of the display for a clearer presentation.

Why am I having difficulty with registration or viewing course? 

If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you may be experiencing technical issues. Try to register and open platform with another browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox.  

How long will the Injuries in Football Video Recordings be available? 

The video recordings will be available up to 60 days post conference.  

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

In-person Conferences or Events:

Andrews Research Education Foundation (AREF) reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment. Students will be notified of cancellations within 20 calendar days of the course start date. If a course is cancelled for any reason, AREF will return any prepaid registration fees.  AREF is not responsible for any travel arrangements made by the registrant for a course. 

If you have registered and are unable to attend this course, please inform Andrews Research and Education Foundation (AREF) as soon as possible. Full refund minus processing and credit card charged fees are refundable if notification is received at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the course. If the notification is received within 13 calendar days and 5 calendar days of the course start date 50% of the course fee will be charged; otherwise, if the notification is received within 4 calendar days or less, then the full course fee will be charged. Substitutions (name changes) are accepted at any time prior to the start of the course at no charge. 

Livestream Courses: 

Andrews Research Education Foundation (AREF) reserves the right to cancel a livestream course due to insufficient enrollment. Students will be notified of cancellations within 5 calendar days of the course start date. If a course is cancelled for any reason, AREF will return any prepaid registration fees.  If a course is rescheduled any course registration will be applied to the new date. 

If the request to cancel an order/registration is received 24 hours prior to the start of the livestream course either a refund minus processing fees will be issued or customers are able to apply credit to another livestream course.   

On-Demand Courses: 

If the request to cancel an order/registration is received for an on-demand course either a refund minus processing fees will be issued or customers are able to apply credit to another on-demand course.
