Course Description:  The Sports Medicine Conference provides in-depth evidence-based study of sports medicine problems. The various topics cover knowledge regarding diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of sport medicine injuries.

Objectives:

1) Understand the central role of trochlear dysplasia as it relates to patellar instability 

2) Understand the role that trochleoplasty has in treating high grade trochlear dysplasia relative to compensatory treatment methods

3) Be familiar with the clinical data available in support of trochleoplasty as a valid first line treatment option for patients with high grade trochlear dysplasia
